Bailey & Jones work with a broad spectrum of clients from world renowned architects and interior designers to private individuals and management companies, to create the very best homes and developments. We have a core team of tradesmen including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, decorators and labourers who confidently deliver the construction detailing to the highest standard.

Having been involved at the top end of the industry for the last 15 years, Robin and his team bring a wealth of knowledge, attention to detail and passion to every project. Bailey & Jones prides itself on the relationship formed with leading industry professionals, top level craftsmen and artisans.

Our primary focus is to continue delivering the highest standard of workmanship to each of our projects and to continue our reputation of keeping clients happy. Each of our projects have a core team with a project manager, site manager and a team of our in house trades people.

We guarantee the level of service, time and management that our clients deserve. We have an independent health and safety officer who carries out regular inspections of all our sites and we appoint an independent CDM consultant to ensure compliance on our sites.

Quality Management

Each project has a designated Project Manager, Site Manager and Health & Safety Manager for the duration of the works. Our Project Manager will carry out daily site inspections. Monthly or bi-monthly project team meetings will be held and minuted. With a full-time on-site manager, the progress and quality of work is monitored on a continual and consistent basis. Robin attends bi-weekly site meetings with the construction team to ensure the high level of workmanship is maintained.

All project information is processed in our main office and is then passed to our site and project managers. Our information turnaround is highly effective and as a result, we minimise potential project delays by dealing with all project aspects promptly and prudently.

Interior finishes and joinery are fully inspected prior to leaving the workshops. We have storage facilities at our office where we store all second fix sanitary ware, electrics and high-value items until ready for installation to prevent any potential delays or damage occurring.

A complete snagging process will be completed prior to the design team undertaking their respective final checks.

Bailey and Jones Ltd is committed to and recognizes its responsibility so far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure the Safety, Health and Welfare of all persons and operatives employed on site.
